Change Log

What is the Change Log?

When you click on the Change Log icon – a special page appears. It shows any changes made to the address areas on the Customer Data Entry layout. What change was made, who made it (the log in name of the User), and when the change was made.

Typical Entry

For example, supposed you corrected an address. The entry in the change log might read: Address One was changed by Mary Jones on 9/22/2010 at 4:01:22 pm to … “1525 Fairfield Court”.

This is an audit system that can help track changes and can greatly assist in training and correcting errors.
