What is the Change Log?

When you click on Change Log – a special report page appears. It shows any changes made to the address areas on the Customer Data Entry layout. What change was made, who made it (the log in name of the User), and when the change was made.

Typical Entry

For example, supposed you corrected an address. The entry in the change log might read: Address One was changed by David Brown on 9/22/2007 at 4:01:22 pm to … “1525 Fairfield Court”.

This is an audit system that can help track changes and assist in training and fixing errors.
