Nevertheless our rate structure includes on-going telephone and internet tech support. We plan to add many additional quick support documentation and training films that you can use. Moreover, using our Problem solver page (due in the near future) will also allow you to find quick answers to the simpler questions regarding Subscriber’s Fool™.

Continuing Documentation
At Subsciber’s Fool™ we remain committed to developing self-evident software that is very easy to use and learn. To help new users, we have embedded hundreds of help screens and notes in our software to guide you in a context-sensitive fashion. Yet, we remain convinced that printed documentation is critical for our users. So, we are continuing to develop documentation which is available on this website as pdfs, which you can easily print. As areas of confusion become apparent we will develop more support articles.
